Based on the Japanese manga series Dragon Ball; Dragonball is a James Wong directed live-action film which is to be released in cinemas on April 8th 2009. Starring Justin Chatwin as lead character Goku, the film centres around Goku’s mission to gather the seven magical Dragon Balls.
It was way back in March 2002 that 20th Century Fox acquired the rights to the Dragon Ball films, and finally a film is to be released. It’s been a long time coming; will it be worth the wait though?
